1. Recruitment and configuration
We recruit people by internal competition, recruitment websites, job market, employee referrals, campus recruitment, talent agency, headhunters and other channels for internal and external recruitment.
All candidates must be approved by Human Resources in preliminary examination, the employing department in re-examination and other necessary examination, background investigation (manager level and above, or others necessary post) and other related procedures to determine the employ.

2.Training and development
A.Induction training
All new employee must attend the induction training. The people failed in test have one chance for make-up examination and will be disqualified if failed again.
B. Transferred training
All qualified staff working in the original position, showing excellent performance can request for post transferred training and company will arrange post rotation and transfer depending on actual situation.
C. On site training
OST include internal and external training. Internal training includes Daily training, Job skill upgrading training, Promotion training & Job rotation training; External training includes Short term, Mid-term and Long term training.
D. Staff self-study
Company encourage staff use spare time to do the self-study to improve knowledge and skills.
3.Performance and Motivation
In order to effectively motivate employees, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and employees personal capacity, we established the system to link up individual salary and individual performance, team performance, audit the employee by target management, satisfaction surveys and other comprehensive assessment.
